[Odonata-l] Dragonfly to identify please ...

Hello all,
 
Here are 2 pictures of a Dragonfly photographied at the Carbonneau's marsh at Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada (near Vermont USA) last July 30th, 2008.
 
Looks like a newborn, isn't it?
 
Any idea about the Genus/species???

Hello all

Here is a picture of what I think is a Four-spotted Skimmer...

I took this picture at Sherbrooke, Quebec (near Vermont) last June.

Being not an expert, I would like to know if I'm right with the identification?
