[Odonata-l] Is is an Anax junius???

Hello all,
 
Some weeks ago I posted some picture of exuviae of a probably "Anax junius"...
 
I would like to know if this adult dragonfly can be also an Anax junius... If it the case, it will be the first time I encountered one... It is then a "lifer" for me as we say in birding...
 
So, can you confirm my identification of an Anax junius?
 
Picture took in Sherbrooke Quebec (near Vermont) last September 2nd...
