[Odonata-l] Description of Tauriphila argo

Hello,

I'm searching for the description of Tauriphila argo. According to http://www.odonata.info/asp/page.asp?alias=odonata&view=odonata&page_alias=namecard&cid=6709 it was first described by Hagen in 1869 here: http://de.wikisource.org/wiki/Zur_Odonaten-Fauna_von_Neu-Granada_nach_Lindig%27s_Sammlungen#17._Tramea_Iphigenia
But why is the epithet then argo and not iphigenia? Is it because iphigenia was assigned by Hagen prior here: http://de.wikisource.org/wiki/Die_Neuroptera_der_Insel_Cuba#T._Iphigenia_Hag. ?
