[Odonata-l] Could it be Sympetrum vicinum???

Hello all,
 
Here are 6 pictures on another dragonfly species photographied last August in Sherbrooke (Quebec) (near Vermont).
 
I'm suspecting an Automn Meadowhawk (Sympetrum vicinum)... Is is possible that I'm right???
 
Is there an easy way to determine the sex of the dragonfly?
