Folks - the link I posted for Larry Rosche's book doesn't seem to be
working.  You might try the main web page for the museum:

http://www.cmnh.org/site/Index.aspx

and navigate back to the store using the link to the museum store on the
left hand side of the page.  If you then use the "shop by department" and
"CMNH products" menu items it will take you to a page where the book is the
first item.

Here is the direct link again; it works for me as I write this - but then it
worked yesterday too.  Ah, the joys of cyberspace.
