[Odonata-l] Erythrodiplax connata minuscula ? name current status ?

Have not seen a response to this inquiry. My understanding is that E.
connata miniscula was elevated to species status, E. miniscula, in
the publication "Dragonflies of North America" by Needham, Westfall,
and May (2000). I do not have my copy of that book on hand at the
moment (on Thanksgiving vacation in the suburbs of DC). I also see,
on Odonata Central, that the same publication created E. basifusca
out of E. connata.

Am not certain what, if anything, still retains the name E. connata?
