[Odonata-l] My last dragonfly to identify...

Hello all,
 
I hope I don't bother you with my identification questions...
 
Here is another dragonfly which I don't see the ID within my Quebec guide...
 
These 2 pictures of the same Odonates were taken at the Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge (Massachussets) last July (at the same place where I photographied the Pachydiplax longipennis...)
 
Any idea about the ID of this one???
