You may wish to try http://www.asia-dragonfly.net as they have just started
a list server for community members and you are likely to get someone with
experience in the area.  Unfortunately the photos appear to be processed for
the colour and art of them rather the natural history.  Beautiful pictures
though!  

If "Thin Red Line" was in UAE, I'd call it an Oasis Skimmer (Orthetrum
sabina) from the shape of it and Borneo would be in its range.
