[Odonata-l] Damselfly identification

It is my first post on this very useful list...

I would like to know if it is possible to identify the following species of damselflies. I took those pictures near a marsh in south of Quebec (Canada) near Vermont:

Do you think that species #6 & #7 belong to the same species than #8 and #9?

Is it possible to have the family name and maybe the species name?
